Hangar M5 is located at Huntsville Executive Airport. The hangar is leased from the Calista Corporation Settlement Trust. The 160’ x 410’ aviation modification facility, M5 has heating and air conditioning throughout. It is an 80,000 square foot facility comprised of 19,650 square feet of business office space on two floors, 55,837 square feet of hangar space and 4,034 square feet of lean to area for tool room, storage, fire suppression room, air compressor room and rest rooms. The hangar has three large doors; two 70 x 28 feet on the west side and one 116 x 38 feet that open to an aircraft parking ramp connected to the airfield taxiway. Compressed air, water, electric and lighting as well as 480 volt 3 phase power for ground support equipment. The facility is secured with chain link fence and a monitored theft and fire alarm system. The fire suppression system is high expansion foam and water deluge that meets NFPA 409 and NAS 3306 requirements. The aircraft parking apron is equivalent to 4.5 acres and can support 9 CH-47 aircraft plus transiting aircraft.

Aulukista LLC purchased Russell Plaza in late 2016. Russell Plaza is a two-story office building located in the west campus area of Federal Way, WA. It consists of approximately 32,027 RSF. Russell Plaza is conveniently located near dining and retail services, with nearby transportation and freeway access.
